I got the chance to ride with Ian Moore and Lance Haidet while Lance was doing a cycling workout. Lance is WAY stronger than me but since he was on his cross bike, I was able to hang in there and do the workout with him.
Cycling training and structured workouts can be hard to understand and not many people share their program for free. But in this cycling workout training video, I explain the workout Lance had, why its done, and some of my thoughts about interval training.
Every cyclists is different with each have very different goals. There is no one program that works for everyone, it very much depends on a lot of factors.
