Today is my first ride on the brand new 2019 Canyon Strive, and I’ve never been so torn about the classic 29 vs 27.5 debate… but this bike makes me believe!

One of the most common questions I get from you all in the comments is “ hey, Alex, what bike are you riding?”
Admittedly I don’t do a very good job of keeping you all up to date with this, but today we’re going to get you up to speed.
By now, you’ve seen a lot of canyons on the channel. Obviously I’m working with canyon here, but in the middle of all this they actually switched up their whole line up, hence all the bikes I’m testing. Last year I tried out the Spectral, and more recently you all have seen me on the 2019 version of that bike.
The next bike I want to try out is actually a 29er, and although I’m a little skeptical, I’ve heard good things about it.
Today I’m meeting up to be ride with Devin from Canyon USA who has been raving about this bike to me for a while, he’s gonna be biased to say the least—hell, I’m gonna be pretty biased too, but hey, it’s a $3,600 mountain bike, how bad can it be?
Well, today we are going to find out!
